Ever since we started, I said that farmer's markets had their limits. Not enough people will use them to really change the way America eats - which is what we want to do.
Now that's even truer, as exploding "organic" sales in big box stores led by industrial agriculture push the small farmer off the board. Farmers' Markets aren't growing anymore, and we've felt the pinch.
Since our real goal is to sell local (so that our customers know their farmer and the quality of their food) and convenient (so that people actually use it), Off we go to the home delivery.
First, fill the shopping cart from the convenice of a smart phone and pay for it. Then, on the 2nd Thursday of the month (we'll do this biweekly as soon as we have enough traffic), leave a cooler outside your door.
Finally, Enjoy your local pastured meats!
What could be simpler?
